Meet The Fraxional CXO Leadership Team

Ray Belfrage, MBA, CLSSBB

Managing Principal

Ray co-founded Fraxional CXO Services with 20 years of business experience. He has a proven record of increasing profits, improving value-added processes, and streamlining operations in large corporations and small businesses across many industries. He is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA and holds certifications as a Lean Expert and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Ray is proud to be an Eagle Scout from Troop 417 in Upper Arlington and now an Executive Board member for the Boy Scouts of America. He also enjoys being on the music team for his church and play’s a custom bass guitar that he designed and built himself.

He and his wife live in Delaware on 5 acres and strive to instill the love of the outdoors in their two children.

Sky Goodwin, Esq., MBOE, CLSSBB

Managing Principal

Sky co-founded the Fraxional CXO Services with 30+ years of business experience. He holds a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University, a Juris Doctorate with a specialization certificate in transactional law from Washburn University School of Law, a Masters in Business Operational Excellence from the Ohio State University, and completed a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt program with Villanova University. He specializes in creating software to automate processes, turnarounds, building comprehensive data analytics systems, and risk management. Sky is a licensed attorney in the State of Kansas, and holds a corporate status law license in the State of Ohio.

Additionally, Sky is an adjunct faculty member for the Master of Engineering Management program at The Ohio State University College of Engineering.
